Laurent-Perrier Brut Cuvée Rosé Champagne

by Tristan B » Fri May 18, 2018 11:59 am

This was a gift to my mother for Mother's Day, and I must say it was quite the treat. At 12% ABV, this wine is 100% Pinot Noir gathered from 10 different crus from the Montagne de Reims and Cote de Bouzy (mostly the North and South areas with the most notible crus being Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne). It is one of the few Rosé's still made by the saignée method and aged for 5 years minimum. After opening, aromas of strawberries and raspberries are very prominent. Juicy cherries and more strawberries on the palate with just a touch of graphite. Very bubbly and refreshing. I would highly recommend this!

That’s always a nice wine. I like their regular Brut as well.
