Tried these two w/ Susan last weekend:
1. Schlosskellerei Gobelsburg Cistercien Rose (12.0%; TerryTheiseSlctn; www.Schloss-Gobelsburg.At; Trocken) Gobelsburg 2017: Pale salmon color; some signs of dissolved CO2 from tiny bubbles in the glass; lovely very fragrant strawberry/cranberry/watermelon rather spicy slight earthy nose; fairly tart some rich/lush strong strawberry/cranberry/watermelon light earthy very light spritz quite bright/zesty/spicy flavor; long slight spritzy/dissolved CO2 fairly tart/tangy bright/zesty/spicy strawberry/cranberry/watermelon quite juicy bit earthy finish; quite a pretty/spicy/juicy rose; clearly some dissolved CO2 but it works in this case. $15.18 (PrimaIlC)

2. Poderi di Luigi Einaudi DOCG: Dogliani (14%; 100% Dolcetto; NeilEmpsonImports) Dogliani 2016: Very dark color; very strong Dolcetto/grapey/licorice/whorehound candy some earthy/slight loamy very classic Dolcetto nose; rather soft/rich/lush slight tangy/metallic very strong grapey/Dolcetto/licorice some earthy/bit loamy flavor w/ light ripe/tangy tannins; very long ripe/lush/grapey very strong Dolcetto/grapey/licorice earthy/bit loamy finish w/ modest ripe/lush tannins; not the tannins nor acids of some Dolcettos; a lovely classic Dogliani Dolcetto at a stupid/silly price; this is what Dogliani Dolcetto is all about. $14.38 (PrimaIlC)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Both of these were in my last Prima IlConsorzio shipment.
Both are terrific values.
