Vinous: Ian d'Agata on Val d'Aosta wines

As linked by WineTerroirist, a quite nice article by Ian d'Agata on wines of the Val d'Aosta:

I love the wines from the Val d'Aosta and very much looking forward to visiting the area in a year.
The sad part is that the production level is so small that they're difficult to find. Worse, 2017 was a disaster, with production down by 70%...which doesn't help.

I find that Enoteca Vino Nostro:

is one of the better sources for these wines. We had a Mayolet recently that was beautiful, very light/delicate/perfumey.

Had never heard of them until 2 years ago, I hope this obscure region gets the attention it deserves.
