Very interesting wine that actually went well with roast chicken. Extremely bright cherry fruit with a herbal/vegetal edge-your mileage may vary on how appealing this would be, but I like a "vegetal" note in cab blends, so....

Not a lot of "mature" flavors, yet. This is still quite primary. What REALLY stood out, though, was how spicy this wine was. Less in a peppery way...spicy.

Actually a quite refreshing take on Cab/Merlot/etc.
