2014 A. Rafanelli Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley
Just fantastic. We buy and drink too little zin, but that's because we love the complex, restrained, claret style and too few are like this (and/or available where we live). Heady nose and layered flavors of boysenberry, clove, allspice and cumin, and a welcome step up from the Neyers we had last week.
