WTN: Potensac 2005

Potensac 2005 - Quite dark. Lots of blood and iron on the nose. Soft tannins, dried herbs, although there's a touch of sweet black berry on the attack. Good length. Pop and pour. No need to decant. Seems to be at peak now. Paired with lamb loin at a tasting for the International Wine & Food Society Philippines Branch.
Three be the things I shall never attain:
Envy, content, and sufficient champagne.

Good to see you Jay.

Bordeaux and lamb is such a reliable pairing. Yum.

Helpful note! Strangely I have a singleton, not sure how that happened. Will mark it for drinking over the next year.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
