DryCreekVnyd FumeBlanc SonomaCnty SauvBlanc (13.5%; Vine age: 6+ yrs; 100% SS; www.DryCreekVineyard.com) Healdsburg 2017: Pale yellow color; strong ripe/melony/SB/honeysuckle/perfumed talc/spicy very light herbal/mineral quite attractive fragrant nose; quite tart/tangy bit citric/grapefruity somewhat ripe/melony/honeysuckle/SB/lightly spicy slight chalky/stony balanced attractive flavor; very long ripe/melony/SB/honeysuckle/perfumed talc balanced/lush light chalky/stony finish; not the depth nor complexity of their terrific Taylor's SauvMusque but an easy drinking very pretty lightweight/pleasant SB at a great price. $nc (SR)/$15.00

1. I think DCV is really hitting on all cylinders across the entire range of their portfolio, under TimBell. Because some of their wines are ubitquous in TraderJoe's and TotalWine, people tend to write DCV off. That is a mistake.
