HeritageVnydProject/ZAP&UC/Davis) 2015: Med.dark color; classic Ridge/vanilla/Am.oak rather spicy/blackberry/
Zin bit dusty attractive/interesting nose; rather soft/fat some Ridge/Am.oak/vanilla fairly strong blackberry/
Zin/raspberry bit dusty/earthy attractive flavor w/ light smooth/ripe tannins; long soft strong blackberry/
Zin/raspberry some Ridge/Am.oak slight earthy/dusty finish w/ light soft tannins; plenty of blackberry/Zin
fruit but not very structured and lacks grip. $31.50 (ATP)
It seems to have put on a bit of weight since we first had it..but still not a very thrilling Ridge Zin.
