WTN: Sewing Division

by Jenise » Thu Aug 23, 2018 12:28 pm

At an in-store tasting last week I had the opportunity to try this: 2017 Division Winemaking Company Gamay Noir Division-Villages, "Les Petits Fers" Oregon . Didn't enjoy it. Raw yeast flavors reminded me of a barrel sample of unfinished wine. David Bueker, have you had it?

Not yet. Sounds like it's a little too early for that one.

I have some 2016 Division Gamay in the cellar. I will likely open one soon.

I actually already had a full-fledged Division Gamay in my basket when I tasted this one. It caused me to rethink my purchase and put it back.
