Any online article or is it just in print?
I can certainly see that you know your wine. Most of the guests who stay here wouldn't know the difference between Bordeaux and Claret.

Here's a link to the article, which was also discussed in this recent thread.

At the risk of sounding like an ingrate, I was happy to have the publicity but a little miffed that they listed us (and HRH Jancis) as "less famous" behind two wine sites that came years after us, copied our model, and don't have any higher Google rank.

I thought it had to have been brought up in an earlier thread, but a quick search for "Time" didn't show any results. At least I did try to look before my post - anyway, it deserves to be mentioned again. I think you're the only individual I have had a conversation with who's been in Time. Be nice to do it fact-to-face sometime.

Ah I saw that article posted, yes... didn't know it was the same one.

Crushed/Disappointed....

by TomHill » Thu Feb 01, 2007 3:46 pm

Thought sure that it was about Robin being named Time's Man Of The Year for 2007.
Ohhhh well...he's always OUR ManOfTheYear around here.
But/but...wait...if we get the 2006 MotY issue, stand beside Robin, and hold it at the right angle...he WILL be Time's MotY!!
Nice blurb on WLDG though.
