2013 Rhys Pinot Noir Family Farm Vineyard - USA, California, San Francisco Bay, San Mateo County (12/18/2018)
Ripe strawberry, red cherry and spice dominate this wine from aromatics through mid-palate. There’s a hint of earth, and a touch of balsam pine on the finish, which is framed by subtle tannins. Overall it still looks to be early in the development curve, though it’s still quite enjoyable to drink now.
