Tried this one at dinner Fri night w/ friends:
1. Liliac & Kracher Transvylvanian Ice Wine (11.0%; SaH: 32.00%; RS: 12.5%; SchatziWines/Milan/NY; 52% Neuburger/48% PinotGris) AMB Wine Company/Batos/Mures/Romania 2016: Deep yellow/golden color; very intense apricotty/peachy/botrytis (?)/honeyed beautiful almost Sauternes-like nose; lightly tart quite sweet intense apricotty/peachy/botrytis slight earthy very honeyed/nectar beautiful intense flavor; very long/lingering quite sweet fairly tart very rich/lush peachy/apricotty/botrytis textured slight earthy bit complex finish; a beautiful dessert wine at a more than fair price. $35.50/hlf (KK)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. AloisKracher or his son was a consultant on this wine..and it shows. It's labeled only has an Ice Wine but is much better & complex than almost all Ice Wines I've had and seems to have a fair amount of botrytis in it.
I took it to dinner w/ some friends. One of the ladies (unknown afore to me) hailed from Romania. She thought it was, by far, the best Romanian wine she's ever had.
