I would like to order a 1/2 L. of olive oil to be ground shipped. Does this bitter (-5F.) weather cause any concerns? I would not think so but better safe than sorry.

The oil will possibly arrive cloudy and strange-looking, but will recover as soon as it's a a normal temperature.
