WTN: Soothe the Sauvages Breast

by David M. Bueker » Sat Feb 09, 2019 7:57 pm

1993 Edmunds St. John Les Côtes Sauvages - USA, California (2/9/2019)
Continuing to drink extraordinarily well, with a lingering core of red cherry fruit that supports a wealth of bottle aged elements. Wild herbs, leather, red meat, and a touch of lifted acidity blend together and create a cohesive expression of aged Rhone varieties in California. It’s classic, varietal character, supplemented by California warmth. Drink now and smile.
