Tried this over the weekend:
1. Pertinace Nebbiolo Dd'OC: Langhe (14%; MWImports/WhitePlains; www.Pertinace.com/en) Cesare Barbero/Treiso 2016: Med.light garnet color; very attractive floral/lilacs/violets/Nebb/rose petal/bit spicy very slight tarry/pungent quite perfumey nose; lightly tart/tangy some hard/tannic/bitey/astringent quite floral/lilacs/violets/Nebb/dried rose petal quite pretty slight earthy/dusty flavor w/ light hard/bitey/astringent tannins; very long fairly tart/tangy pretty/floral/violets/lilacs/Nebb slight pungent/truffly finish w/ light astringent/hurtey tannins; as close to a glou/glou wine as Nebb can ever get; lovely floral Nebb aromatics but that classic Nebb tannic bite. $22.00 (AV)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Never had a wine from this coop producer before. Make mostly Barbarescos. Quite lovely aromatics but hurts on the palate. Not nearly as drinkable as the GDVjara JC Claret Cuvee Langhe, though.
