Cheers...Trinch!

I always enjoy Pierre Bretons Cab Franc which should ideally be drunk youngish. Trinch means cheers in english!

TN: 2015 Catherine et Pierre Breton Bourgueil Trinch, Loire Valley.

Love the label. 12% alc, Diam style cork, drank nicely over two days. Medium cherry red in color, good aromatics with gravel tones, lively red fruits, some funk blew off quickly...."perfume" from across the table. Bell pepper as expected.
Initial entry thought is balanced tannins, good acidity and medium bodied. Some spice and tad riper on day 2. Like the berryish tone here. Food was bison sausage and roasted cabbage...yum.
