2017 Domaine Pattes Loup Chablis Vent d'Ange - France, Burgundy, Chablis (1/12/2020)This smells exactly like a fresh cut lemon. It tastes like dry lemonade made with mineral water. The fresh lemon persists on the finish, nearly to the point of being mouth puckering. Interesting stuff.
