NV Egly-Ouriet Champagne Grand Cru VP - France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru (10/24/2020)
September 2013 disgorgement, and it’s in a wonderful place. There’s a bit of burnishing the edges, but still a fresh linearity. It’s toasty but still yeasty. It’s a lovely mix of youth and age, in about the perfect spot for my taste in Champagne. Have some? Drink it with pleasure.

It probably sucks to have to let go of that particular pun. It's so good that a less honest man than you would be tempted to recycle it.

Best thread title of the week, even if recycled.
