Lockdown Wine #112. Apparently, I haven't touched any wine in about 2 weeks. Strange. Anyway, couscous tonight, so the usual Musar to go with it. This time, my last 2008 in half bottle. Popped and poured. Pretty acidic at the beginning. A little air makes it meaty and rich, although the acid lurks just below that. Still, while not a top Musar, a very good wine. Good to go, at least in half bottle format.
Three be the things I shall never attain:
Envy, content, and sufficient champagne.
