A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. On Fri afternoon, Greg O'Byrne did a tasting of TablasCreek Esprit de Beaucastel/Tablas at CHOMP in SantaFe. Years 2000-2015. JasonHaas joined us via Zoom. The Esprits all showed very well. The 2000 & 2002 were fading just a little bit, but still in wonderful shape. I pulled these three from my TCV stash & shared them with a few folks at the end of the tasting. The Picardin, because of its slightly R-like character was my favorite of this trio. I see no reason these will not got out for at least another 5 yrs.
