2018 Château Carbonnieux Blanc Pessac-Léognan Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend
A bit sweet for my palate but zingy with high acidity and flavors of lime, minerals and fresh cut grass. A great match for fried rice with charred pineapple.

2018 Ca'Erto Ripasso della Valpolicella Corvina Blend, Corvina
Lots of medium-bodied elegance here for under $20; my ravioli said "thank you!"

For some reason I can never fully process Corvina as a grape. It sounds like a tiny European car. ;)
