Big, and a bit unformed, this seems to just need time to unwind and shed a little of its youthful fat. The back end shows good freshness, adding a lemony acidity to the more tropical initial entry. It’s not at all over sweet, so certainly more than drinkable at this stage, but I would like to see more of the bones.
