NV Marc Hébrart Champagne Premier Cru Brut Rosé - France, Champagne, Champagne Premier Cru (9/5/2022)
A wine in two acts - on the first night when we drank most of it, the wine was quite directly fruity, with a strong strawberry aromatic. Fun if uncomplicated. We had the last glass+ last night, and it had turned much more vinous, with a notable toasty edge, and the fruit had settled in as a component, rather than sticking out and dominating. Given the relatively recent (12/2020) disgorgement I can see this just needing some additional time under cork to come into its own.
