2. Solminer Rubellite SantaYnezVlly (13.2%; 84% Syrah/16% Grenache; 16 brls; U/U) 2021: Dark color; rather spicy blackberry/Syrah slight roasted/Rhonish bit c-c/black pepper light pencilly/toasty/oak quite attractive nose;quite tart/tangy fairly strong Syrah/blackberry/spicy/blueberry rather wirey/sinewy light toasty/oak light c-c/black pepper bit lean/tight fairly pretty Syrah flavor w/ light tangy tannins; very long quite tart/tangy strong blackberry/blueberry/spicy/Syrah bit c-c/peppery light toasty/oak finish w/ light tangy tannins; a fairly pretty lightweight somewhat brittle expression of Syrah but on the lean side; could benefit from a few yrs age. $40.00

More grissljab from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. These two Solminers were pleasant enough wines & varietally correct, but like many of the Solminer wines, they leave me wishing for just a bit more impact & intensity.
