WTN: Fischer QBA plus others

I have not posted lately but here are some short notes.

2014 Dr. Fischer Riesling..QBA from Ockfen..glorious with brilliant golden color, great acidity and abundant Riesling fruit. I think I recall a mark-down to 3/4 $ per bottle. I bought 2, my buddy bought a case as I should have. Really nice and a fine showing for a QBA.

2001 Pegau Res....at MoCool.... just perfect but slightly less than the 2000...wonderful

2001 Pichon Baron....at MoCool also,,everything you want from a young/mid-aged Bordeaux...fabulous but Not 2000

2007 Stags Leap Artemus...very spicey and near peak, not my wine but wish it was.

2012 Beringer Res. Chardonnay....lots of semi-spicey fruit but fading acidity,....,past prime

2016 Larkmead Cabernet Sauvugnon...very interesting with black fruit and herbalness..enjoyable now but sooo much potential.

MoCool notes in November! Always welcome but wow, buddy, where ya been?
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
