2019 Michel Gassier Costières-de-Nîmes Nostre Païs Blanc White Rhone Blend
White floral nose and sweet yellow apple notes on entry initially suggest the wine may not have enough acid for my tastes, but in the end it does. Hints of apricot, sweet corn and herb add complexity. A very pretty blend of mostly grenache blanc with clairette, roussanne and viognier.
