WTN: Two Old Dessert Wines....(short/boring)

Tried these two from Blair's Cellar Wed at Pig+Fig:
1. Moulin Touchais AC: Anjou (13%; RolarImprts/GreatNeck/NY) J.Touchais/Proprietaire/Doue La Fontaine 1976: Deep gold/burnished bronze color; lightly earthy fairly strong botrytis/peachy light pear/peach some complex nose; lightly sweet some tart/tangy some earthy/dusty strong botrytis/peachy/apricotty bit light-weight slight nutty/oxidative fairly complex flavor; very long slightly sweet some botrytis/peachy/apricotty bit pear/CB/peach rather low-key/elegant/delicate complex finish; still very much alive but a bit disappointing; starting to quietly fade away into the sunset.
_______________
2. Sandeman Hnos y Cia V.V.O. Oloroso Sherry (4.8 Baume; 21.2%) Jerez NV: Dark brown color; rather alcoholic intense raisened/pruney/Oloroso so0me aerthy bit woody fairly complex nose; rather sweet strong raisened/caramelized/pruney bit hot/alcoholic lightly woody bit earthy/dusty some complex flavor; very long strong raisened/pruney/carmalized Oloroso finish; not a profound expression of old Oloroso and not the complexity I would expect. $14.50 (K)

More giggerpop from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. Moulin Touchais has always been one of my favorite dessert wines. They are usually held much longer before release than most dessert wines. And then they are released at very reasonable prices given their age.
I've had some spectacular MT in the past that have been pretty sweet & show powerful aromatics. I was a bit disappointed in this '76 and was expecting much more. It just seems to be fading quietly in to the sunset w/o a whimper.
