2007 Trimbach Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile - France, Alsace (5/8/2023)
Cold-rolled steel. This is classic, dry as a bone CFE that is just barely getting towards its true drinking window. Shy yellow fruit, salty minerality and a long, icy finish like a cut from a frozen dagger. This is exactly what I hope for from CFE.
