Continuing my survey of 1995 wines in the cellar, this Chianti showed quite well. Fading a bit at the edges now it shows some nice coffee and red fruit in the nose and is a smooth lengthy wine in the mouth. Finishing with soft tannin. Very good.

I may continue my 1995 spree with a Selvapiana Chianti Rùfina Riserva Bucerchiale......

Like I said yesterday, it's amazing how many wines you bought and stored 30 years ago and haven't got around to. You didn't even know you'd live this long!
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
