NV Hugues Godmé Champagne Grand Cru Rosé - France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru (5/29/2023)
Followed this for over three hours, and it was quite austere the entire time - dry to the extreme. No question that it's well crafted for its style, but it's a style that neither Laura nor I care for. If I decide that I want to life a life of austerity I will become a monk.

Hugues Aircraft. Omgodme, that's funny! Shame about the wine, though.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
