Tried this last night w/ DinDin:
1. TablasCreekVnyd Bourboulenc Estate/AdelaidaDist/PasoRobles (12.5%) 2020: Pale gold color; light floral/carnations quite stony/chalky/mineral/flinty bit metallic/steely quite interesting non-Calif/Paso nose; very tart/tangy/lean/bit austere some floral/carnations strong mineral/flinty/steely/stony/chalky rather tangy/metallic intereting flavor; very long steely/metallic/mineral finish that mimics flavor; almost Chablis-like w/o the richness/texture of the Chard; quite an interesting atypical Paso white.

More gizzyrortz from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. This is a very atypical Calif/Paso white. Rather austere as a varietal, I can see which this variety would be highly-suited as a blending grape to give interest to a richer Roussanne or Viognier. It actually may turn into something very interesting if given 3-6 yrs of age.
