Last year at MOCOOL, Alan the Canadian Chef informed me that he was moving to teach at a college in the Niagara Falls, Ont. area. I was thinking of letting him know about the NiagaraCOOL picnic, since he's not far from here. Does anyone know how I can contact him or have someone forward the information to him?
