Medium-dark pink color, with some shadings of gold.

Good mousse.

Creamy, plummy fruit, slight bitterness, great acidity, peppery. Very refreshing. Matched very well with homemade gazpacho soup and homemade hummus with crackers.

Long, tangy and mouthwatering finish.

Purchased at $17.95 (Canadian).

Burgundian sparkling wine can be very good. Thanks for the note Bruce.
