These movements are a good example of the saying that the road to hell is paved with good intentions...

I joined Slow Food UK at the start of last year.

After a year studded with internal dispute, personal agendas/ambition and disrespect of the membership, my membership lapsed.

I remain a believer in the concept, but will remain outside the organisation for the foreseeable future.
