Had a great dinner at Angelica in Jerusalem.
Great original dishes. For appetizer we had goose livers and beef tartar, yummy.
For dinner I had chicken liver and my wife had goose leg.
Everything was delicious and the sauces were incredible. I'm amazed at how reasonable the prices are compared to a comparable restaurant in NY. I also don't understand why there are not more creative fine dining kosher restaurants like this in NY. The best kosher restaurants are usually overpriced steak houses period.
