Jenise, how did you do this year with your Italian Pimento Peppers?

I grew six from seed, gave three to my neighbor and kept three. I got tons of those little peppers but must say, they are bland. I read info on the internet about what to do with them and most suggested to quickly cook in EVOO, which I did. I've put them raw, and sliced in salads, as well. To me they offer nothing as far as flavor goes. Hope you had a better experience. Mine are still producing!
