Whaa!? If this was anyone but Harold McGee, I'd say he was insulting the Italian flag. But now I think I need to try it.

That was posted on the Chowhound site years ago and not too many of the regular board posters thought it was something new or insightful.

It is good to see you finally found it, Robin, and I hope you will post a review after you try it because I always enjoy reading your commentary regarding the food you prepare.

Thanks, Fred! I couldn't help chuckling about the coincidence of your pulling a recipe from a site called "Marin Mama Cooks," as I just witnessed a truly bizarre Marin-related train wreck a few moments ago.

Lol, Robin. I obviously read the thread and It always amazes me how some participants will post a subject only so they can use it later as an unrelated tool to bash something or place like, well, Marin. Thankfully, you never do anything like that and remain disengaged even when a friend of yours may go off their rails.

Well, I hope I didn't put my foot in something here. To quote Sgt. Shultz, "I know nothing!"

Nah, you're good, Fred. It was just a funny coincidence that you brought up Marin, and having the sense of humor of a fifth-grade boy, I had to cackle.
