Do you love a noisy restaurant scene, or do you wish they'd turn the volume down? The New York Times has a good piece on restaurant noise today. The pushback may be beginning.

I think the pushback has been going on for years. We've had restaurant critics here who've railed about it for a long time. One used to take a decibel meter with him and publish the noise level as part of the review. Noise complaints are common on Yelp and other sites.

Wonder what has some of them finally paying attention.
