...A finalist for the James Beard award Best Chef Pacific Northwest 2015 is going to be cooking in my kitchen in just a few weeks.

Indeed; he's coming over for my local tasting group's annual champagne bash. Jason Lett, owner/proprietor of Oregon's Eyrie Vineyards, will also be here. All of which means I won't be cooking dinner, but I better plan a good breakfast.
