I have just discovered an old bottle of Huy Fong sriracha in my cupboard. It is unopened. It says best to use by December 2013. It appears a tad dark and a tad thick but smells OK (yes, that means I opened it). Anybody think I'm in any danger if I eat it?

Should be safe - nothing could live in that!

Look out for any flavour changes that age has wrought - i.e. assess whether they are positive or negative.

It may have oxidized a bit but it should be perfectly safe to eat.

I agree with the others; it won't hurt you. But like Paul said, it's oxidized--and color is flavor, always. When appearance changes, IOW, so does flavor. You might not object to the change, but no way that's going to have the exuberant taste of a fresh bottle.
