Avert your eyes, Jenise - naked yolks abound!

Some of these would make nice breakfast preps for novelty purposes. Kids would love them.

Well, that was interesting. :) I like his technique of separating the yolk from the white, then messing with ingredients in the white before putting the parts back together in the pan.

Thanks, Bill. That was really interesting. I don't think I'm up for parti-colored whites but I love the 'airy egg' idea (and, as Robin said, his whole clever shtick).
