Charlottes makes more sense. And thanks for making me realize that I could access Laura Calder's recipes by merely going to foodnetwork.ca. I don't look at the U.S. site unless I'm comparing recipes for something and a Bobby Flay or Emeril recipe comes up in a Google search. Pretty much would ignore anybody but them, or maybe Mario.
