This guy is just like our Chef Joseph. Except that he has no class, almost certainly doesn't cook as well, and really does set himself on fire.

I have a couple of outtakes from when I used to do my local television show in Memphis. Twice I set a towel on fire - rushing and setting them too close to a lit burner. But, I stopped short of igniting myself.
