I don't know either unless they tried cooking it on a rack with no pan.....

The slush between the pizza and the oven floor appears to be photoshopped. It's too wide and uniform--a gusher like that would have resulted in a much larger pile below.

I defer to your greater experience in these matters......

The volume of pizza on the oven floor and in the "stem" appears to be greater than the pizza lost on the pie itself.
