Barb, is this your thinking too? if so, then you are, as I suspected, my kind of people! I may have ticked some off in the original thread you know. But yes I agree do NOT put foam on my plate, even if it smells good. :)

I may have hinted at this in the other thread, but I don't consider myself a big fan of "molecular gastronomy" in general and foam in particular. :evil:

Here's two thumbs down to rabid food.

Oh, I am so not a fan of molecular gastronomy. And interesting read on paper, but to eat it? I think not.
