What salad dressing do you love that has an unusual ingredient?

I went through my bottle of vinegar in about 3 weeks.

Diane, you sound like me the first time I bought a bottle of 3 year old zinfandel vinegar. I wanted it on EVERYTHING. I've never seen a strawberry vinegar, but it sounds good--strawberries are delicious in salads.

And welcome to the group!

Do you include the 5-spice in a vinaigrette? Not a spice I have used in salad dressing.
