Matt, Hi...
When you relate to "new" releases is it the 2006 or 2007 wine in question? Binyamina released the 2007 Yogev wines (Cabernet-Shiraz; Cabernet-Merlot and Cabernet -Petite Verdot), four days ago. Those wines are resting for a few days before tasting and then I shall post.
On the chance that it truly was the 2006, my tasting note follows.

Binyamina, Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz, Yogev, 2006: Medium to full-bodied, with soft tannins and hints of vanilla from the oak in which it aged. On the nose and palate berry, black cherry and a light meaty overtone. Drink now. Score 87. K
