Ooohh, lousy cover....

Idea is OK but the title and author names are obscured by the dark background. Should have a clear bottle behind both.

I'm not sure that I would say "lousy". Definitely different though.

Looking forward!

I kind of like the new cover, and it's definitely a new, fresh look in comparison to the previous designs…

Daniel's name doesn't look obscured to me, and the only word that is harder to read is "Guide."

Best wishes,
E.Y.

As is said even today in parts of New York City: "D.V. ...the book will sell its usual millions of copies"*/**

Steve, Hi.....

Final cut-off date was this past Saturday, and all wines released until that date will be in the book. Wines that arrive from here on in will be posted here, in my columns in HaAretz and of course in the 2010 edition of the book.

As to book-signings, I'm always glad to meet people at Arcaffe* but formal signing parties will be held at various wine shops during the months of November and December. Dates will be announced once finalized.

*For those not in the know, Arcaffe is an Israeli chain of espresso bars-cafes and, because there is one located about 100 meters from my home that is my office away from both home and my little office. I hate meetings in offices and invariably schedule for coffee meetings instead. Thankfully, the income tax people are very understanding of the absolute need to drink espresso and munch on croissants while holding intelligent discussion.
