The wine in question is produced by the Noah arm of the Hevron Heights Winery. My tasting note follows.

Noah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tevel, 2005: Aged for 18 months in stainless steel vats with oak staves, dark ruby towards garnet, medium-bodied, with soft tannins and showing berry, cassis and cedarwood notes. A simple but pleasant entry-level wine. Drink up Score 84. K
