Following is my tasting note for the wine in question.
Herzog, Cabernet Sauvignon, Special Reserve, Napa, 2003: Dark ruby towards royal purple, supple and elegant, showing soft, well integrated tannins, a gentle hand with the oak revealing sweet cedar wood and opening nicely in the glass to reveal blackberry, black cherry and currant fruits. Elegant and long with a long fruity and softly tannic finish. Drink now-2011. Score 91. K (Tasted 26 Dec 2006)
